A huge well done to our Y1 & Y2 Handball team, who finished second in the LSSP Handball Competition. The children had limited experience of handball and had not had much time to practice prior to this event. They quickly picked up the key skills and worked so well as a team to ensure that we secured some early wins. Despite not having much experience, the children progressed all the way through to the last four and narrowly missed out on 1st place, losing to the eventual winners of the competition. All the children represented our school with great enthusiasm and played with a smile on their faces. Well done to you all, Phoenix is so proud of you!
