Safeguarding at Phoenix

The safety and wellbeing of our children is our highest priority.

We are committed to ensuring that every child feels safe, supported and listened to. Our safeguarding team works closely with staff, families and external agencies to provide early help and appropriate support whenever needed.

At Phoenix, we teach children how to keep themselves safe — including online safety, healthy relationships and understanding their rights and responsibilities.

Attendance Matters

Good attendance is essential for academic success and personal development.

Every day in school builds knowledge, confidence and friendships. Missing school can mean missing vital learning and important experiences. We work in partnership with families to promote excellent attendance and punctuality, ensuring every child has the best possible opportunity to thrive.

If your child is unwell or there are exceptional circumstances affecting attendance, please contact the school office as soon as possible so we can offer support where needed.
