Phoenix Primary School ‘Where We Rise to the Challenge’

Maths Party Day 25.09.2020

We played lots of different interactive maths games on our Ipads...

Then, we went outside and used our timers to see how long it would take for our partners to run one lap of 'the cage'...Mrs Irwin had to help some of us to read the scale accurately...

After that, back in the classroom, we worked out how long it would take for each of us to run ten laps and then converted the seconds to minutes. We also discussed the two anomalous results...
