Ayesha lives in a war torn country and is forced to flee her home looking for shelter with her family. The story follows a families struggle for refuge and one little girls journey to a better life.

MMA lives and works in a Johannesburg far from the place that Naledi and Tiro call home. When their baby sister suddenly becomes sick, they know, deep down that they are the only ones who can save her. Bravely, alone they set off on a journey to find MMA and bring her back. It isn't until they reach the city that they become aware of the dangers of their country, and the painful struggle for freedom and dignity that is taking place all around them.
