Here are our EAL Buddies at Phoenix!
We are wearing our buddy badges.
Our Buddies have had a training session with Gill Rowlands from EMTAS. They discussed what qualities a buddy needs to have.
Gill discussed the many different reasons that have meant that families have had to leave their homes.
The children discussed how new children to school may be feeling and how they could make them feel welcome.
The children discussed how they felt when they left home.
